I live in the USA. I immigrated from England 14 years ago and I now work as a Snr. Marketing Manager for a company called Reeb, we're the largest distributor of doors on the east coast - not as exciting as Cardano or Symphony. I lead a team of professionals who are responsible for all things marketing (branding, web, video, print, education and fulfillment).
Honestly, I just found out about Symphony today after joining the Cardano official facebook group. I'm brand new to blockchain, maybe 6 months. I'm just diving in, watching all the videos I can find, listening to podcasts and trying to learn as much as I can. I'm looking to see how I can get involved more in the community and help move the Cardano project forward.
Symphony is a beautiful project. What are your goals for the Symphony project, other than visual exploration?

Using the Symphony tool makes understanding the blockchain and the underlying properties so much easier; especially when compared to the regular charts and metrics like blockchain.info.
I would definitely suggest you take a browse around the blockchain. Every block tells a story.
Symphony does have more plans than just visual exploration. Primarily yes, Symphony is an education and investment tool to learn more about Bitcoin. Our goal right now is to raise awareness for the project but long term we have some special features we plan on adding, which will be announced down the line.
