The Bitfinex Hack As Viewed on Symphony

In February 2017 Bitfinex was hacked. The hacker moved roughly 120,000 BTC using 2072 addresses from block #449876 to #450172.

This BTC was not all sold at market. In fact, of the 120,000 BTC the hacker had taken, only 876 BTC where successfully moved in a series of 196 transactions in January.

In this data we can see the hacker pushed transactions that where picked up by 13 blocks, of which #450146 held the majority transactions (65).
